Classic Swedish food culture
In KB’s kitchen there works a brigade, of who all have a solid background in some of Stockholm’s most renowned restaurants. They daily compose food for approximately 500 guests. The base is Swedish home cooking. On the menu there are classics like herring in different forms, Wallenbergare (veal burgers), fried veal liver, KB’s fish casserole, and weekdays and weekends the appreciated Isterband (smoked pork sausage). The children have a natural place at KB; a standing children’s’ menu, with among other things fish casserole and grilled steak, is always available to choose from. Always one hundred percent satisfied customers, is KB’s simple philosophy.
